  1. Hi Peggy- This is Kristina from Allied. I don't see anything about the

    1. Hi Kristina, Thank you for using the blog comment section. I was worried but I found I had overdone it! For me, dealing with the anxiety was half the battle. There is plenty of time & you can easily navigate the system. The staff could not have been nicer. I got there early so they seated me early & I was allowed to begin the test right away. The tests are timed individually so it was not a problem. There was no math. Be sure to understand the different kinds of agency for selling. There were some detailed questions about the appraisal methods as well. Best of luck, I hope this helps.

  2. So how difficult was the State exam? I take it Thursday. What do you recommend studying? DRE states it's 25% Disclosures/Fair Housing? Is that true?
Property ownership 15%? Are there a lot of questions about all of the different types? Can you give me an idea? Tenancy in Common, Joint Tenancy, Deeds, passing ownership are confusing to me.
    Contracts 12%?
    Thanks so much! Kristina

    1. The ownership types are confusing to me as well. I have a joint tenancy with my family, a sibling & a daughter, so I just think of us being joined at the hip, being family. I think Gary has the best information, I could not possibly dissect the test into proportions.
