Hi Kristina, Thank you for using the blog comment section. I was worried but I found I had overdone it! For me, dealing with the anxiety was half the battle. There is plenty of time & you can easily navigate the system. The staff could not have been nicer. I got there early so they seated me early & I was allowed to begin the test right away. The tests are timed individually so it was not a problem. There was no math. Be sure to understand the different kinds of agency for selling. There were some detailed questions about the appraisal methods as well. Best of luck, I hope this helps.

So how difficult was the State exam? I take it Thursday. What do you recommend studying? DRE states it's 25% Disclosures/Fair Housing? Is that true?
ReplyDeleteProperty ownership 15%? Are there a lot of questions about all of the different types? Can you give me an idea? Tenancy in Common, Joint Tenancy, Deeds, passing ownership are confusing to me.

The ownership types are confusing to me as well. I have a joint tenancy with my family, a sibling & a daughter, so I just think of us being joined at the hip, being family. I think Gary has the best information, I could not possibly dissect the test into proportions.
